By creating an account or using ArtMenago ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ArtMenago provides independent artists with tools to manage their music career, including email scanning and categorization, social media scheduling, calendar management, task tracking, SMS communications, and a public artist profile page.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ArtMenago. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
ArtMenago is offered on a subscription basis at $19.95/month after a 14-day free trial. • Your subscription begins when you enter payment details. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. • You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. • We do not offer refunds for partial months. • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using ArtMenago (photos, posts, calendar events, etc.). By using the Service, you grant ArtMenago a limited license to process and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
ArtMenago connects to third-party services including Gmail, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twilio. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. ArtMenago is not responsible for: • Changes to third-party APIs that affect Service functionality. • Content you publish to third-party platforms. • Third-party platform outages or errors.
ArtMenago's use of Google APIs is limited to reading email metadata for categorization. We do not read full email bodies, send emails on your behalf, or share your Gmail data. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Your ArtMenago business phone number is provisioned through Twilio and is owned by ArtMenago/Twilio, not by you. If your subscription ends, the number may be released. You agree to use the SMS feature only for legitimate business communications and not for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.
You may not use ArtMenago to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Send spam or unsolicited communications. • Infringe intellectual property rights. • Attempt to access other users' accounts. • Reverse engineer or copy the Service. • Use the Service to harm others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtMenago is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI categorizations will be accurate.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
