ArtMenago ("we", "our", "us") is an artist management platform operated at artmenago.com. We help independent musicians manage their emails, social media, calendar, and communications.
We collect the following information: • Account data: your name, email address, and password when you sign up. • Profile data: artist name, bio, genre, location, profile photo, and cover photo that you voluntarily provide. • Gmail data: when you connect your Gmail account, we access email metadata (sender, subject, and short preview snippets) to categorize your messages. We do not read, store, or share the full body of your emails. • Social media tokens: OAuth access tokens to post content to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok on your behalf. We store these securely and never share them. • SMS data: text messages sent to your ArtMenago phone number and the phone numbers of senders. • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs.
We use your data to: • Provide and improve the ArtMenago service. • Scan and categorize your emails using AI to create tasks and calendar events. • Schedule and publish social media content on your behalf. • Send you SMS reminders about tasks and upcoming events. • Respond to your support requests. • Send product updates and billing notifications (you can opt out of marketing emails at any time).
ArtMenago's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Gmail data only to read email metadata for categorization purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your Gmail data with third parties. We do not use Gmail data for advertising. We retain Gmail access tokens only as long as you have an active account.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: • Service providers: Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (billing), OpenAI (AI categorization), and Railway (hosting). Each operates under their own privacy policies. • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ArtMenago or others.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., billing records retained for 7 years).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate data. • Delete your account and associated data. • Export your data in a portable format. • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your data within 72 hours.
ArtMenago is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the app. Your continued use of ArtMenago after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
